Our hearts were bleeding when we woke Saturday morning to a snow storm!!! What a shock from Mother Nature after all the wonderful weather we had been experiencing so far this spring. The roads were snow covered by 10:00 a.m. and it looked bleak for the our special speaker, Don Powers. Don was to be speaking on "Healing your Lawn" at 10:30 a.m.
Voila!!! Out of the snow they came!! Twenty four hardy gardeners eager to learn all about a new lifestyle for their lawns and gardens and to learn secrets of managing weeds and how to conserve water. It was a great event and very stimulating and useful to all who attended. The excellent coffee from Lily's Cafe warmed body and soul. Be sure not to miss our next free seminar.
